After many searches on various forums, I solve the problem. 
First and foremost the lack of drives in dm800 not only reflected in this model, but to all the chip is the RT2870. 
For the image used ( Gemini, etc. ..) the steps are exactly the same.

To install 
 
1. Send to folder / temp file rt2870sta.tar.gz 
 
2. Install using the following commands by telnet (dcc): 
root @ dm800: / temp # gzip-d rt2870sta.tar.gz 
root @ dm800: / temp # tar xvf rt2870sta.tar 
 
3. Create the folders / etc / Wireless / RT2870STA and copy the file to RT2870STA.dat (permissions to 755) 
 
4. In / etc / init.d / bootup edit and rewrite the modprobe rt2870sta (to make the autoloader) 
 
example:

5. Restart the dm800. 
 
Setting Wlan 
 
 
Suppose we have the following settings for our wireless network:

1. First of all we check if the dm800 has to detect the wireless pen:

4. Setup wireless network at the receiver. 
For this we need to edit the file / etc/Wireless/RT2870STA/RT2870STA.dat. 
Edit and change for our data and save: 
SSID = wlancasa 
AuthMode = WPAPSK 
EncrypType = TKIP 
WPAPSK = superkey 
Today I have my pen DWA-104 from the pump that started this manual without breaking qq network. 
Warn that if they want to make changes to the network settings eg ip change or password to do so by TELENET, because through the tv gives error.
